In Outlook Express go to Tools, Options, Connetions tab. Make sure you do not have a check mark beside "Hang up after sending and receiving" and click OK. After that click on Tools, Accounts, select your MSN email account and click the Properties button. Go to the Connections tab. Make sure you do not have a check mark beside "Always connect to this account using". That way it will use the same connection as Internet Explorer. Once you do this, when you click on Tools, Accounts, your mail account should show up as "Any Available". You should do this for any other MSN accounts you have listed also.
