Uncheck the "disconnect if idle" box in three places.

For Dial-up Networking double-click DUN in My Computer, right-click the MSN connection and choose Properties. Click Settings, Connection tab to find the 'idle' check box.
Right-click
the IE desktop icon, choose Properties, Connection tab.IE5
In the dial up settings box click/advanced, uncheck "disconnect if idle box" ok/ok/applyIE4
