LEAD ARCHITECT Required at a leading MNC IT Product Company

Position: Lead Architect

Job specs:

·        12+ years of IT Exp with 8+ years on Enterprise Architect /
Solution Architecture.

·        Should possess strong Presales and Consulting experience

·        Very strong architecture experience

·        Should have strong experience on BFSI domain

·        Should have good experience in Architecture within Java J2EE
OR .Net or mix.

·        Should have worked as Solution/Application architect for
large complex engagements on diverse technology stack and business
domains

·        Experienced in architecture assessment and creating roadmap
for enterprise; Building proof of concept solutions.

·        Understanding of architecture models, frameworks and methodologies.

·        Ability to influence senior IT and business managers and
present solution roadmaps in front of CxOs, Chief architects.

·        Able to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously: taking the
initiative to persuade, inspire, motivate, and influence others, plus
the ability to make quality decisions with a high level of stakeholder
buy-in.

·        General understanding of frameworks such as Zachman, TOGAF is
nice but not required for the job.

·        Willingness to get into hands on work to get the job done
would be a plus.
