I loved the demo tonight. I wanted to know what IR hardware was being used with XBMC? Mr Optimum please?

AFAIK, almost any MCE remote will work with XBMC through LIRC.  I have an RF remote that I bought years ago:

It's RF, so no line of sight issues.  It works out of the box with raspbmc through LIRC.  I have yet to get it to work on my mac (hackintosh).
