[TARC] 11/04 Snow Ranch launch cancelled

Hi all,

Sorry for the late email, but tomorrow's launch at Snow Ranch has been cancelled due to the risk of fire (not enough rain recently). The next launch is scheduled to be on Saturday, December 2, 9am-4pm. As the date approaches, we will send more emails regarding carpooling and logistics.
