The following is a message from David from LUNAR. 

TARC Teams!

I am sorry to report that the LUNAR launch on October 29th at NASA Ames is CANCELLED because of airfield operations.  There will be a Russian Antonov cargo-plane parked on the West Ramp area near the area that we fly from. This will prevent us from holding the launch.
Stay tuned for a possible makeup date, or you are always welcome to attend a Snow Ranch launch.
