Hi Folks.....
You must all be aware of the fact that we have a FEST in the coming week. We came up with a plan which will be mailed to you soon. There is a little problem that has to be addressed as soon as possible. IIIT folks have suggested that the FEST be conducted on May3rd(sat) and May 4th (Sun). But it was initially planned for 2nd and 3rd may( fri and sat) so that Sunday we all can have some rest. So I want you all to discuss this and let me know as soon as possible so that we can start planning the schedule of the events.
What I want from you is a list( only numbers) of how many want it on 3rd and 4th and how many want it on 2nd and 3rd and we will go with which ever date that gets tha majority. So please send it to me by tomorrow.
