Dear Sir

It has been planned to organize  MSIT day and Alumni day on 17th and 18th of May  by MSIT students of IIIT and JNTU at JNTU. The MSIT alumni students details are gathered and trying to communicate  to MSIT  alumni about the event. Padmaja is coordinating the event along with student representatives of IIIT and JNTU. Approval may be given for  organizing both the events.  Sir, it requires some funding also. We will submit the proposal by tomorrow. Kindly give the approval for funding also.
