Dear Students,

Convocation 2015,

The 14th Convocation of the Institute will be held on Saturday, 22nd August,
2015 at Global Peace Auditorium, Brahmakumaris Shanti Sarovar, Gachibowli,
Hyderabad. Dr. V.K. Saraswat Honorable Member, NITI Aayog will give the
convocation address.

Schedule:

August 21, 2015 ( Before 12:00 noon ) : Report at academic office and
collect Angavastram
August 21, 2015 ( 4:00pm to 5:00pm ) : Dress Rehearsal

(All the graduating students are informed to pay Rs. 1000/- per student and
register their names on Friday, 21st August before 12.00 Noon at Academic
Office. The students have to collect "Anga Vastram" and participate in the
rehearsal at 4pm in SH-1 (top-floor, above SBH). The dress code is
compulsory for every student/person receiving any degree.)

August 22, 2015 8.00 AM : Breakfast at Institute Guest House
August 22, 2015 9.30 AM : Proceed to convocation venue
August 22, 2015 10.15 AM : Distribution of certificates
August 22, 2015 11.30 AM : Convocation Ceremony
August 22, 2015 1.00 PM : End of Convocation Ceremony

Dress Code:
The trend that has been set and this will continue. We are going to have the
dress code that suits our ethos.

Following is the dress code for convocation 2015:

Men : Kurtha Pyjama or Kurtha Dhoti.
Women : Saree or Salwar Kameez
Color : Off White / Pale Cream (Please avoid white colour)
Material : Handloom Cotton / Silk (Mangalagiri cotton is what you
can ask for in the shops)
Angavastram : Different colour for each program (will be provided by
the institute)
