To: 2013-2015 batch & 2012-2015 batch students,
Dear Students,
Congratulations you have reached toward end of your MSIT Program.
We are very proud and happy to have your batch @ MSIT IIIT Hyderabad. Your course
work officially ends on 13th June 2015. Following are the usual procedure(s)
one should follow before leaving the program (please note order of below steps
to avoid dependencies):
- Please get in touch with your
specialization mentor, schedule for practicum final demos. Finish all the
procedures regarding project reports / project status meetings and obtain
final grade for course practicum.
- Collect NO-DUES form from Accounts
office (Mr. Venu N) or Office assistant (Mr.Swamy Medi) or print attached
no-dues form and complete all no-dues procedures including payment /
settlement for pending hostel / mess dues etc. With out completion of
No-Dues process a student will not receive transcripts / original
certificates / course completion certificate from the MSIT Division.
- No-dues procedure is
compulsory for obtaining course completion certificate, original degree,
and transcripts. With out NO-DUES just like other IIIT branches,
procedures for obtaining original degree in convocation will not move
forward.
- You need to vacate hostels
before starting the no-dues procedure.
- You need to manually cancel
mess account before going for NO-DUES procedure.
- If you are an intern, then
Inform internship company (as per dates mentioned in NOC letter) and make
arrangements for conversions in job role from an intern to an employee. As
per guideline provided by the specialization mentor request your organization
to send practicum scores for the duration you have worked with them.
- You will need to produce a
letter that is addressed to MSIT Coordinator, in this letter please request
for course completion certificate. This letter must have specialization
mentor’s signature, only then course completion certificate is
issued.
- Vacate MSIT labs (by 13th June
2015) including submission of equipment given to you like desktops,
switches, chairs and any other equipment like patch cards etc. Even if
your course work is pending, you need to vacate labs by 13th June
2015.
- Vacate IIIT hostels (by 13th
June 2015) by informing hostel security (after completion of NO-DUES
procedure). We are also starting preparatory course in the 3rd week of
June therefore hostel administration is going to conduct necessary
cleaning and repairs which ever is necessary, only if these rooms are
vacated. There will also be penalties / over stay charges for those who do
not vacate by 13th June 2015.

Performa for caution deposit return request. Submit a physical letter for
accounts officer along with duly filled caution deposit Performa. Where
ever necessary in the attached document add student name, roll number,
father name, address and other details before printing the document.
Your course work officially ends on 13th June 2014. You can
start NO-DUES procedure from today, please keep in mind mentor’s vacation
is in the second week of June so you might want to start early with these
procedures. Thank you.
