Hi.
At my work I am looking at WIX to get rid of InstallShield as our main installer software.

Some of the UI stuff that you have made, especially the database UI and the Service UI would save me a lot of time and headache if we could use that.

But when I tried to load the WixCommonUiExtension.dll from v 1.4 I get an error "A reference to ....\WixCommonUiExtension.dll could not be added. Please make sure that the file is accessible, and that it is a valid WIX reference.

Then I looked a little on the source and could see that it seems that the latest release 1.4 is for WIX 3.7

Are there a version for WIX 3.9 on the way or could anyone give me a hint on how to make a local compilation that works with the 3.9 version, if even possible.

Best regards,
Jens

I don't know of anyone actively working on adding support for Wix 3.9. It should be fairly simple, unless there were major changes in Wix. Would appreciate a pull request.
