Trying to create a pull request and can't

This message is pretty much just for @dblock

I'm trying to create a pull request, but due to some reason (probably because I ran the BFG script to delete large files from my forked repo) I can't create one.

I've added you as a contributor to stunney/msiext

+updated it to use WiX 3.7

+updated it to use Visual Studio 2012

I was hoping you could review my changes.  If all is well what I might do is re-fork and just check in my changes in a single shot.

BTW, thank you so much for creating such nice extensions for us all.  They are quite useful!
