build error

hello,

i got the following build errors.

Error 7 error RC1015: cannot open include file 'Version/Version.h'.

please help

Run `build all` from the root first, that generates the version file.

Help us make https://github.com/dblock/msiext/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md up-to-date if something doesn't work.
