Sunny had requested this....

Shammi Kapoor & Sadhana in the scene,,,

A love song alright, but a strange one... He's so madly in love with her that he fears for her, as he feels the world is bad. He doesn't even trust himself, the intentions of his heart!

Song: Is rang badalti duniya mein
Movie: Rajkumar (1964)
Singer: Mohd. Rafi
Lyrics: Hasrat Jaipuri
Music: Shankar Jaikishan

Is rang badalti duniya mein
Insaan ki neeyat theek nahi
Nikla na karo tum saj dhajkar
Imaan ki neeyat theek nahi

Yeh dil hain bada hi diwaana
Chheda na karo is paagal ko
Tum se na shararat kar baithe
Naadaan ki neeyat theek nahi

Kaandhe se hata lo sar apna
Yeh pyaar mohabbat rahne do
Kashti ko sambhaalo maujon se
Toofaan ki neeyat theek nahi

Main kaise khuda hafiz kah doo
Mujhko to kisi ka yakeen nahi
Chhup jaao humaari aankhon mein
Bhagawan ki neeyat theek nahi
------------------------------------------------------

In this world that changes hues
The intentions of humans are not right
Don't go out all dressed up and adorned
The intentions of faith are not right

This heart of mine is hugely rabid
Do not disturb this mad one
Else it might do some mischief
The intentions of this senseless one is not right

Take your head off my shoulders
Let this so-called love be in its place
Protect your canoe from the waves
The intentions of the hurricane are not right

How can I bid you adieu
As I'm not convinced about anyone
Hide inside my eyes, for
The intentions of the Almighty are not right

She did a lot of movies during the 60s & 70s, didn't she?

Not sure but I think it was more in the 60s.. She was definitely a top heroine in her peak time

Beautiful imagination!
Haven't the songs of present times lost all this subtlety?
