Volunteer opportunities for the tournaments

Howdy again,

Here's the volunteer needs for the tournaments from Amy.  I don't have specific time slots yet, but you can contact Amy for more details or reply to this email and I'll try to get more info.

For our UP Tourney's we will need Volunteers for the following:

*Gate: 7:45am- 11:45am

(Usually 1 hour shifts)

*Concessions: 7:45am - 4:30pm (Usually 2 hour shifts)

*4 Ball Tenders Per Game

*Score Board: 1 Volunteer for each game on Field #1. Only

*10/7: JV1 & JV2

*10/14: Varsity & JV1

I'll be sending out info about bus costs soon.

I can ball tend during game #1 and game #5 on October 7. And during game #2 and #6 on October 14.
