we've implemented the module in our store, but google have sent us the following info as to why they won't be displaying rich snippets:

because of the following issue(s):

1. HIDDEN MARKUPS

Your content is marked up for rich snippets, but that content isn’t

actually visible on the page itself. In general, Google won't display

any content in rich snippets that human visitors can’t see.

2a. MISSING REQUIRED MARKUP

Some of your content is marked up for rich snippets, but other

required content on your site isn't marked up. Google needs certain

data to generate a rich snippet preview for each product type. For

Once you have fixed your markup, run your pages through the rich

snippets testing tool

to resubmit your site.
