the changes you made looks good. you can go ahead and add your slides. i
also had a quick question regarding the chart labeled "paperless bills".
what's the correlation between credit card statements and LA DWP.

thanks neil, the relation between credit caard bills n la dwp is the paper bils

wat i tried to show was that more no. of people are goin for online accounts thus use of paper bills is going down..

its jus a characteristic of our customers..n credit card bills n ladwp bills are like sources,like examples..but i got ur point n will make it coherent.
