When User send an e-mail message that the subject contains chinese
characters via Microsoft crm 4.0 web,the chinese characters appear as
garbage characters
When the recipient opens the e-mail message.And It only occurs that
the recipient's mail address are outer email.If user send the email
from Microsoft CRM Outlook
It never happen,I try to config the registry key of smtpcodepage,but
no effects.
