Dear Ms. Jain,,and all other students

I think we need to understand the seriousness of this exercise. Please inform all the students, who wish to be examined in the current semester, to submit the three hard copies of the report. One to the respective guide and two to the undersigned immediately. 

Failing to submit the reports latest by this monday will be taken very seriously and the students be awarded II grades.
