Its a gentle reminder for TEQIP-II feedback form submission.
In case anybody not yet submitted the same please do it by tomorrow (15th Oct: The extended last date). Its highly important w.r.t. our department as well as our institute.

You may do it from your hostel LAN connection too.

You can fill the TEQIP-II survey feedback from your hostel too (from LAN connection only NOT wi-fi, as IP address is required).

Dear all,

As you are aware and we have discussed regarding the filling of TEQIP-II feedback form (online) for all the members of our department, you are all requested to make the event with a grand success by filling your individual feedback forms by today (9/10) and tomorrow (10/10).

The list of all M.Sc. II-V students along with the registrar are kept in both the Ph.D. and M. Sc. Computational labs. Put your sign and other information in the respective student register provided in both the labs after filling the feedback forms.

In both the lab as per your available slots fill your feedback forms. You will get assistance/help by the Research Scholars and Teachers in those labs.

Tentative slots for students:
M. Sc. II: Friday (10/10/14): 10.30 am - 12.30 pm
M. Sc. III: Friday (10/10/14): 2 - 5 pm
M. Sc. IV: Friday (9/10/14): 4 - 5.30 pm
M. Sc. V: Friday (10/10/14): 2 - 5 pm

In addition to that, M. Sc. comp. lab. is open and mostly free in office hours, you fill the form at any time at your convenience.

Ø   STATE – DISTRICT- INSTITUTION
Ø   Student-UG/Student-PG/ etc.> Participate
2.            Fill Information > VALIDATE
If you are not identified:
Click >> Data not found Proceed Anyway
3.            Fill Information > SUBMIT
4.            Check appropriate options for A-E sections
5.            For Comment section : Provide comments OR put NC (for no comments)
6.            SUBMIT

You may contact any of the faculty members for further assistance if needed.
