Dear Friends,

I feel there is a sense of doubts among some of us and probably we are interested in opposing instead of finding the solution.

Anyway, as I am given the task of coordinating the Fifth year dissertation activities, I have adopted following few criteria

1. Relevancy of the topics (as far as possible)
2. Almost equal distribution of the tasks to available permanent faculty
3. At least one student would be doing studies locally
4. Students' personal wishes are totally ignored

However, I feel that there are doubts about my way of working and probably integrity, I would request, most earnestly, to reassign this task to any other faculty he or the PG I/c may deem fit.

With warm regards

Pathak
