this is a gentle reminder to everyone who wish to buy Dept tshirt and havent filled the form yet. Today is the last day to fill the form, so please fill it. Also due to lot of suggestion to have change in the back of the tshirt, it will be changed to "No GUT, No glory"

Here in the form, I have also included the total no. of tshirts one wants to order, so if suppose someone wants one M-size and two L-size, they can mention the answer as "1M + 2L = 3" (ofcourse they need to tick the checkboxes corresponding to that sizes, in this case, M and L) so that one doesnt need to fill the form again.
