Anyone who is interested in running should report in SAC by 4:45 pm on September-6. There is no limit on the number of participants from any department.
The starting point (and also the end point) of the race will be Hostel-1.
The complete running route is attached.

For those who do not know about the PG Crossy, here is FAQ:

FAQ:
Q. What is PG Crossy?
A. PG Crossy is a running event (sort of mini-marathon) only for PG students. It is an inter-department event, which means that participants from one department will compete against that of another.

Q. Who and how many can participate?
A. Any number of PG students from any department can participate in this. Every participant will be given a tag which will have department name and participant number written on it. You will have to pin it on your tshirt. Everything will be provided before starting of the race.

Q. What about the route?
A. The route is specified as shown below. Starting point of the race will be Hostel-1 as shown and the red double arrows are the running direction. The green flags are the check points where the organizers will be present and will note down your numbers. This is to avoid any participant from taking any shortcut route. Finally the race will end at Hostel-1.

Q. How the points system work?
A. The top 30 participants (number may vary) who complete the race will be awarded points 30, 29,...,1. If there are more than 1 participant from any department in top 30, there points will be added up. Depending upon the total points scored, the top 4 departments will be listed and they will get 12,9,6,4 points respectively which will go into the PG points tally.

Q. Any medals and certificates?
A. The top 3 participants to finish the race will be given Gold, Silver and Bronze medals respectively along with the certificates.
