Dear Panel 5 March 2014 Group Members,

Greetings to all members. It has been a long wait, but now we are glad to
inform you that the presentations are scheduled for Thursday 7th August,
2014 in the SCI Boardroom from 8.30 am.
What is expected of you:-
1. Attendance.
2. Proof of consultations with your supervisor, your reports should be
signed.
3. Three loosely bound reports of all the work done.
4. Those developing systems or prototypes should come with their systems
and demonstrate to the panel.
5. Those doing pure research should have the data, analysis and results.
6. Power point presentation of  all the work.
7. Ready to present, use diagrams and pictures mostly, this time too much
texts and reading from slides will be discouraged.

Kindly inform all members who for any reason may not have received this
notification.
