Dear Members of Panel 5 March 2014,

Greetings to you all. Our panel was constituted in March 2014 and our
first presentation for Milestone 1 is well overdue. I am pleased to invite
all of you to the presentations on Tuesday May 6th, 2014 in the SCI
Boardroom from 9 am.

The presenters should have their proposals discussed and approved by their
supervisors and prepare three copies of loosely bound hard copies. The
copies should reach the members of the panel latest by 2/5/2014.

In this presentation the panel will be keen that your problem is clear and
significant (of Msc level), that you are aware of related work done in the
area, that you have a credible methodology (solution strategy) and that
you have a reasonable way forward plan.

The presentations will be short, about 10 minutes and you will be expected
to prepare slides. Avoid copy/pasting your report as part of your
presentation.

Those who will have missed the presentations will join future panels.
