Dear All,

This is to inform you that the panel presentations/examinations for
Milestone 1 will be held on Thursday the 20th of April 2014 at SCI
starting from 9.00 am. Please finalize your proposal and give a copy to
the panel members at the very least 3 days before the day of presentation.

Make plans to come on time at 9.00 am so that you can receive
instructions/communication together before we start.

Attached please find the panel members and the Milestone dates for the
whole project. Please take special note of the milestone dates.

The above email says 20th April. Some say Friday, some supervisors aren't even aware that there are presentations on Friday. Which story do we believe? Can they send a formal communication??
