about accomodation and tution fee

Dear friends,
Hope so all of you are well and doing your job pleasantly.
I glad to inform you that yesterday I got my visa.I am planing to arrive in TUM in mid of September.
Anyway,I am worried about following matters....

1.last date of tuition fee is 15th September.If I pay by 21th September(after arriving in TUM), is it acceptable?
2.What can I do for accommodation??? I have no problem to share a flat,room.

Can anyone help me please????

congratulation..i was thinking about formally write a letter to dr. rau regarding tution fee and extending this date which is quite tough for me. may be i'll do that next week.
