The information regarding the Service package has been sent to our *@mytum.de emails. The email contains a pdf attachment which needs to be signed out and sent back to them. We must sent it by email before September 2nd.

My tumonline-application didn't successful. Thus I can't get a email address from tum. I want to know if the pdf in the email contain personal information? I have send email to ask Dr. Rau what should I do.

You said that you got an email to your TUM email address. I have this
email address (ga6...@mytum.de), but I cannot open there anything.
When I sign in to my page I only see the email address. Maybe this
means I haven`t got any emails from Studentenwerk?

i guess you'll have set the forward option so that all the incoming nails to your tum account will be forwarded to your regular mail account. You will find more in faq option. Let me know if things get patched.

Dear Nora,

Maybe your problem is that you want to open your email from tumonline service website where you have filled out your application; It is not correct. you must enter the following website:
www.portal.mytum.de
Then you will sign in using you ID and Password by witch you log in your tumonline account service.
Hope it will help.

Today I asked Zink Andrea about the Service-Pakage and he told me to wait. I think you are a lucky one to earlier got the information ~

My online application is completed and I also get a mail @mytum.de. I have entered portal.tum.de and log in. However, I can't see how to entered my mailbox but only the website. Do you know how to check the mail?
