Accommodation Status

Hello Every One,

I hope that all of you are packing up your gears,organizing your stuff
and planning to arrive in Munich Asap.Well, how many of you have
already got the accommodation problem solved?I haven't get any
Confirmation from Studentenwerk regarding Room allocation in
Heiglhofstr.I think that many of you do have the same problem.I would
recommend you to share your thoughts, suggestions and new updated
information in terms of accommodation hunting etc.
It will be a great pleasure living and studying together.Moreover, I
am dying to see all of you in Munich.I will be arriving in Mid of
September. :)

I got confirmation from Heigolfstr hostel already. 

The coordinator is Frau Tanja Geißinger <tanja.ge...@stwm.de>... probably you could try to email her directly to ask about the availability of the room :)

Good luck in room searching and see you in..1.5 months time! 

I m in Munich next weekend 28-30 Sept and alone :( ... anybody would like to meet up with me?

I haven`t got any reply from Studentenwerk. I don`t know the deadline
until when they ought to give answers, but I think we can begin to
search flats for rent together? What do you think? And what about the
girls? :-)

I will be in Munich next week. 31 August I am arriving in Munich. I'll try to find a place to stay. 

If I'll have any new info, I'll share it through our group. I think the only way to rent a shared flat is to be there together.

Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts.Congratulations to all those who have already got offers from Studentenwerk.best of luck to those who haven't got any offer yet.

Renting a flat together is a good idea.As Nora and Eftihis will be in Munich in first week and mid of September respectively .It will be a good chance to get a flat before October.So try your level best guys/girls for flat hunting,i will join you in flat hunting once i reach Munich.I will be there on 16or 17th of September.If any one of you come across any good flat, please let me know as well.I don't think Studentenwerk will gonna entertain us any more.We have to do it on our on.Who ever is interested in Flat sharing just let every buddy know so that we can find a suitable place for us.Mr Reza may be we have a flat before October.You can also join us.

Any one any usefull information just put it on the group... :) :)

hey,

I 've got an email yesterday from someone from studentenwerk that I can get a single room in a dorm (Stiftsbogen Halls of Residence). I had to answer immediately so I accepted the place.I had asked Dr. Rau 2 weeks ago if there are any roomsin a dorm left? He didn't answer me but he probably arranged it.
