Hey all,

I was in Munich from 25-30 July for vacation with my girlfriend..It's
a beautiful city but I cannot see a way to find an apartment there!
I was fool enough to think that I will go there for business and
pleasure! I saw some 1-room-apartments from private owners. I
completed some forms but all answers were negative.

Does anyone have a positive reply from the Student halls' of residence
(except from Service Package)?

How long should I wait for Student halls' reply before exploring other
housing options?

Is there any other way to find a place to stay from the internet? All
landlords ask me to be there in person.

Any suggestions for accommodation?

Thnx for any info,

Eftychios

Hi All,

I also worry about the accomodation... I still don`t have any reply
from anybody.... But Carine, I checked the link you sent above, and
the prices are very high...every apartments were over 750 EUR per
month... that is tooo expensive! (at least for a hungarian without any
financial support) :-(

What should we do now? Do we need to wait for any reply?
But on the other side, I`ve heard from a friend who attend to TUM that
we only can find a room for rent when we are there personally...

I`m waiting for some supporting answer! :-P

Bye,

Nora

Hi,

Nora, I cant give you supporting answer :) I know that if you want to
rent an apartment you should call to landlords and they always want
that you will come to them in person, so I dont know what to do, maybe
go to the dorm..
