Education - Is there any need to change this system? if Yes/No, why? - கல்வி முறையில் மாற்றம் தேவையா? ஏன்?

கேடில் விழுச்செல்வம் கல்வி யொருவற்கு
மாடல்ல மற்றை யவை - திருவள்ளுவர்.

விளக்கம் : கல்வியே அழிவு இல்லாத சிறந்த செல்வம்; பிற எல்லாம் செல்வமே
அல்ல.

Explanation : Learning is the true imperishable riches; all other
things are not riches.

Here we shall discuss about the education system we have in India and
the quality of the same.. advantages and the disadvantages of this
system and some proposals for the betterment of the same.. and we can
also make things staying within this system to improve the quality(if
this is the real need).. :-)

இங்கு நாம் நம் இந்திய நாட்டின் கல்விமுறையை பற்றியும் கல்வித்தரத்தை
பற்றியும் கலந்துரையாடலாமென்று நினைக்கின்றேன்.. இதனுடன் இந்த
கல்விமுறையின் பலம் மற்றும் பலவீனம் கூடவே இது மேலும் சிறக்க தங்களின்
ஆலோசனைகளும்.. மற்றும் இந்த கல்விமுறையிலுள்ளேயே இருந்துக்கொண்டு
நற்கல்வி கொடுக்க என்னவெல்லாம் செய்யலாம் என்றும் சற்று
சிந்திப்போம்(அவசியமிருப்பின்).. :-)

PS : I'm not sure about the reflection of this conversation will
affect the government policies but it will surely help us out to know
and understand this system and the beneficiaries (I mean the teachers
& the students) :-)
