Vacancy Announcement - STEP-Nepal

Society for Empowerment-Nepal (STEP-Nepal), a non governmental
organization,
is seeking a qualified and experienced Nepali citizen for the
following
positions for its HIV prevention program among establishment based
female
sex workers in Kathmandu funded by ASHA Project.



1) Position: Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor is responsible for conducting regular supportive
supervision and monitoring of outreach activities for HIV prevention.

Minimum Requirements:

* Intermediate/+2 passed
* At least two years working experience in HIV and AIDS
programs
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to work well with others and to develop and maintain
positive working relationships
* Good in reporting and data analysis
* Computer skills with basic office applications



2) Position: Communication Facilitator

The Communication Facilitator is responsible for operating and
updating
HIV-related educational website and web-based short message services
(SMS)
center for HIV prevention and improving sexual health of female sex
workers.



Minimum Requirements:

* Intermediate/+2 passed
* Good skills in computer including e-mail and internet
* Basic knowledge of website designing and development
* Good coordination and communication (written and spoken)
skills
* Knowledge and experience on HIV prevention program preferred
