Technical/Non-Technical Skills
5+ Years of SQL knowledge
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports/insights
Must have healthcare domain knowledge (Payer knowledge will be an added advantage)
Acquire data, Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns, Filter and “clean” data
Experience in Maintaining and enhancing Big Data data pipeline, hands-on working with Large and complex data sets that meet functional /non-functional business requirements.
Experience in Big Data technologies like Kafka, Spark, Data Lake
Experience in Reference Data and Master Data Management, Data Governance
Experience with Analytical tools like R, SAS, Tableu and creation/migration of Analytical models
Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues
Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems

Job Description:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
3 – 4 years’ experience in Guidewire development as a software engineer
3- 4 years’ experience in JAVA development – Preferable
Good experience working with Claims processes.
Ability to analyze and creatively solve problems
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a multi-priority environment with demanding timelines
