Job Description:

7 years or higher including Warehouse, Transportation and/or Logistics background (required). Grocery Retail is a plus. 
• Oral and/or written communication skills 
• Presentation skills to represent a proposed solution 
• Ability to Influence cross-functional working team members 
• Attention to detail 
• Good communication skills to cross between technical teams, project management, and business management teams 
• Communicates effectively, both formally and informally in a team environment 
• Develops and maintain high-quality software products supporting the organization's standards 
• Ability to manage own work time and priorities in accordance with aggressive timelines and budgets 
• Experience of SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall 
• Comfortable producing functional and technical design documentation 
• Analyzes requirements and advises on scope and options for continuous operational improvement 
• Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives 
• Absorbs complex technical information and communicates effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences 
• Demonstrated responsibility for a significant area of work, including technical and quality aspects, when producing deliverables 


Technical Skills Include:


Experienced (and recently active) EXE programmer 8-10 years 

o Experienced in mainframe (JCL, COBOL, CICIS
o Understands Windows distributed environments and JCL's/scripts for integration 
o Knowledgeable with file transfer tool knowledge (FTP, FTE, MQ) 
o Skilled at Solutions Engineering and design work 
o Skilled at documentation both technical and business process (swim lanes, FRD's) 
o Facilitates the development of complete and robust test plans, cases and scripts, ensures defects are properly resolved in cooperation with the QA department.
