MSPS, Microsoft Project, Excel, some understanding of Agile but not an Agile "expert". Needs IT/Software SDLC knowledge & experience. Proactive and exceptional personal time management skills and detail oriented. Skilled customer engagement & presentation capability. Healthcare Payer industry knowledge a plus.
Skills desired:
1. MS Project (2013) Required, Microsoft Project Server (MSPS) a plus - will create and manage MS Project plans
2. Organized and able to effectively prioritize - will manage or assist in the management of multiple projects of various sizes
3. Able to address the administrative efforts of project management in addition to client engagement and team leadership - will work directly with end client and cross-functional team members in a matrix environment while maintaining multiple project schedules
4. Experience with IT SDLC (software development life-cycle-Waterfall required, Agile/SCRUM a plus)
Assists with the development and maintenance of project budgets, scheduling, and resource plan to meet contractual requirements for the assigned project(s).
