scope of services required for the Software Engineer includes:
Mastery level experience in enterprise level or higher development activities
Providing guidance and training to less experienced developers
Interact and give direction to a vendor on application development and standards required
Develop using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012, with both
VB.NET and C# languages
Capable of developing object-oriented specialty framework
Experience developing Web and Windows applications
Coding applications & reports using various technology and tools – including MVC, ASP.Net,
VB.NET, C#, XML, SSRS, and SSIS
Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (KnockoutJS, AngularJS, etc.)
Knowledge of the Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) framework
Creation of stored procedures for accessing SQL Server 2012 databases
Ability to write clear and concise technical implementation documentation and comment
developed code accordingly
Verbal communication skills to explain and transfer knowledge both informally and at design

Minimum Qualifications:

Duties:
- This is a Client Server / Web development position that has a focus on Web Technologies, Application Integration and support and maintenance of multiple client/server and web applications.
This position will be responsible for design, development, testing, documentation, and on-going support of applications and processes that support business units or supporting functions. - These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies, and tools. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource that can collaborate with multi-functional areas. Analyzes business needs and designs, develops and implements information systems solutions; provides continuity by consulting with business customer from definition of business issue through implementation of solution; develops functional requirements with customer groups; plans, recommends and creates action plans for system development and/or integration; defines work and/or data flow; designs screens, forms, and reports; defines data elements; writes system specifications; designs and develops tables and relationships; prepares level of effort and timeline estimates, coordinates resources; ensures timely completion of all phases of development project from conception through the entire Development Lifecycle; assists in re-engineering of business systems; may participate in RFP/ITB processes; prepares progress reports; performs related duties as required.

Candidates must possess considerable knowledge of the following: the Visual Studio environment, VB.Net, Net Framework, ASP.Net, REST Services, VBScript, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript (MVC is a plus). Web development using.Net assemblies, SQL Server, XML, and SOA Framework. The candidate should have considerable knowledge in object-oriented programming, and relational database architecture. The candidate should also have significant experience in working with complex interfaces along with and integration strategies and solutions.
