Works with a global team of stakeholders and users to manage communications and change management.
● Works with various IT services to ensure on-time implementation of systems integrations.
● Proactively identifies impacts to project and drives awareness of solutions to further business and IT goals.
● Facilitates the processing of SDLC related GxP documentation by communicating on an as needed basis with stakeholders or facilitating electronic workflows.
● Carry out multiple application support activities, customer facing, understanding of requirement gathering & Coordination with Offshore Team.
● Carry out Web Application upgrade (Example – WebSphere/Tomcat to next/latest version).
● Preparing Project Plan, Design Documents etc.
● Preparing Weekly Status Reports/Incident Reports
