msat commander for pc

Hi all. I cannot get the pc version of msatcommander (0.8.2 for windows) to deliver the same output as a mac version (1.0.8-beta) I once used.Instead of the familiar repeats file and primer file, it generates a single file with very little familiar information in it. I've tried a variety of settings that seem reasonable. It doesn't have the same options to check off...I've attached screenshots of both versions. Most noticeably, in the pc version you don't seem to be able to specify what files to produce on output (I want the file that shows the repeats themselves and also the primers).

I've attached screenshots. Can anyone who's familiar with both tell me 1) if there is indeed a way to get the pc version to produce the same results as the mac version? I'm surprised it didn't seem possible, but I can't imagine that the pc version just doesn't work right... or 2) Has anyone discovered a manual, or 3) Can you suggest a Windows software that's trustworthy and reasonably user-friendly?
