Command-line msatcommander and biopython 1.43

biopython 1.43 has been release - therefore, you should no longer
need to install a CVS version of biopython when running the *command-
line* msatCommand.py (i,e. when *NOT* using a binary version).

however, biopython 1.43 will need to be installed for your python
distribution in order for the programs to work. go to:

http://biopython.org

for more information on the new version of biopython. the
information on the msatcommander googlecode page has been (hopefully)
updated to reflect this change.
