latest version of msatcommander returns repeats starting in A's only

Hello,

I'm running into a weird problem in the latest version of msatcommander where the program is only identifying STRs that start with A's. I've manually searched through my sequence data and did indeed find STRs that started with G's, C's, and T's. I've fiddled around with the search parameters (number of repeats, types of repeats, etc.) but to no avail.

Any insights on whats going on here?

Same problem using ezRAD data. Has anyone found a solution yet? Rather use an older version?
