Is it possible to include a protein C terminal modification possibility. There is only protein N-terminal mods...

I would like to include protein c terminal lysine clipping. Common mod for Antibodies...

thanks for reporting this, we will have a look at it. It needs some refactoring of our code, but we will try to include this feature!
