I know that PD support MS Amanda-Percolator.

I want to run percolator after MS Amanda (stand alone) search.

But it is not possible to run percolator directly after MS Amanda search results file (*csv)

Is there any way that run percolator 

after MS Amanda without PD?

Hi!

Yes, if you run MS Amanda within Skyline a Percolator validation is performed after the search. For the standalone version, we are currently working on extending it to be able to run Percolator afterwards.
