Two dynamic modifications at peptide N-term

How can I set these two dynamic modifications at peptide N-term: Gln->pyroGlu / -17.027 Da and Glu->pyroGlu/ - 18.011 Da?

It seems like I can set just one of those in MS Amanda 2.0 for Proteome Discoverer 2.0...

Hi Juraj,

there have definitely been two dynamic modifications in the previous version but somehow it got lost for MS Amanda 2.0... we will have a look at it and add another modification. Thanks for reporting that!
