MS Amanda 3.0

Dear all,

we just released a new MS Amanda version and upgraded it to 3.0 (v 3.0.21.049). MS Amanda is now capable of performing validation of PSMs using Percolator after the search. 

Here are the major and minor changes:

• new Percolator 3.06 version
• compensated bugs for percolator 3.06 version
• individual validation for each input file
• upgrade to .net6
• performance improvements for standalone version
• performance optimization for no-enzyme digestion
• bugfix protein N-Term modifications
• bugfix percolator pln file: m/z was written as int if value was like 1.0; percolator had problems with this
• bugfix mgf file: title can also contain index=, now this is recognized as scannumber
• minor changes in the settings file (location of (pIN) files, max number of proteins/spectra at once,...)
