Dear colleagues,

A group of professors at Western are conducting an academic research study about Halal food purchase and consumption in the U.S. and are seeking your help in completing an online questionnaire that will take about 15 minutes of your time.

Please note that this is a completely anonymous survey, and they are interested in your views regardless of whether or not you actively seek or consume halal food.

Also, they would appreciate it if you could PLEASE forward this note to 5-10 of your Muslim friends and relatives in the U.S. The larger the number of responses they get, the more meaningful will be their conclusions.
