The reason it's not on the list is probably because Scapolite is a group name, and not the name of an actual species (similar to terms like "feldspar" or "zeolite"). You might try looking for Meionite or Marialite, which are the end members, and are both IMA approved species. Hope this helps,

Scapolite has been used as a mineral group name dating back to the sometime between 1850 and 1875.  In casual modern usage, the term may refer to the Marialite-Meionite series though this should be discouraged as it risks confusion with the full group which includes the mineral Silvialite.
