Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. Insha'Allah this message reaches you in an ever increasing state of iman.

Welcome back to Term 3's. Congratulations to Term 4's and tutors for finally being done. Enjoy the rest of Ramadhan and break at home.

InshaAllah keep the du'as coming for Term 5.5's for their upcoming Steps.                   

Alhamdulilah we have established congregational times for the 5 prayers.

The SGU Musalla is located on lower campus near the docks and ice cream cart behind the volley ball nets 

Announcements:

1. Iftar (breaking of fast) is at LMNOP Gazebo (right across Anonyme, on top of LMNOP hill) every night. On rainy days, Iftar will be in Caribbean House (location changes will be announced).

2. For sponsorship, please contact Brs. Naasir Lakhani, Umer Hassan, Abdul Haseeb, Sohaib Mannan, or Sis. Yousra Shahab or Sara Jaka. For those off the island and for Alumni, you may donate via the sgumsa.com website (use the Paypal link). May Allah accept everyone's efforts and intentions.

3. InshaAllah, Taraweeh (night prayer) takes place in Caribbean House after 'Isha Salah (location changes will be announced).

4. For those wishing to make it to Masjid-al-Madinah, refer to the Point Salines Bus timings at the following site. The bus makes a stop right across the Masjid (one stop before Rex Resorts).

Hadith of the week

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: He who observed the fasts of Ramadan with faith and seeking reward (from Allah), all his previous sins would be forgiven, and he who observed prayer on Lailat-ul- Qadr with faith and seeking reward (from Allah), all his previous sins would be forgiven. (Muslim)
