Role: Oracle JD Edwards functional Lead/Admin

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Duration: 6+ months contract

Please note this is a System Admin role and functional configuration

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with internal & external teams.
Should be smart, quick learner & proactive in approach
Must be self-confident, assertive, self-motivated and great service to other IT & business partners.
Proven creative problem solving skills, including the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with overlapping deadlines
The person should be able to design & configure the system for all the requirements related to order to cash process mainly in the ERP space of Oracle JD.Edwards for production support & projects
The person should prepare a techno functional documentation for solution and work closely with development or other IT teams to test & deliver the solution.
6 to 8 years of overall experience working with ERP systems minimum 4 years of J D Edwards experience in System Configuration in production support or roll out.
Should have a good knowledge of Order To Cash Cycle, Advanced pricing and preferences, designing & implementing the enhancements, develop documentation and other materials for training of business users and other IT personnel.
Experience of working with 9.0, and newer version of JDE is a plus
Should have experience in designing interfaces, testing and issue resolution, dealing with Oracle in issue resolution. Experience of working on interfaces involving multiple ERP integration is a plus
Should have good knowledge & hands on experience on working with interfaces using Oracle fusion Middleware & EDI
The person will also need to support various initiatives & projects in order processing & order fulfillment area of J D Edwards and should lend system expertise to the project team & project management office.
