Role : Technical Solution Lead

 

Work Location : Malaysia

Job Type : Contract

Period : 12 months

 

Experience: 9 + years

 

Roles and Responsibilities :

 

• Minimum 9 12 years of experience in Dynamics 365  CRM with strong technical and client facing skills.
• Must have experience of handling large migration projects to MS Dynamics 365 CRM would be an addon
• Hands-on experience on customizations that includes Plugins, Custom Workflows, Reports & Dashboard and Integrations.
• Lead the activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances. Work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Hands on experience in Net Java Script MS SQL MS CRM SDK MSD developer toolkit SSRS.
  
• Experience in MS CRM 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools API s REST ODATA WebAPI SSRS packages.
  
• Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, WPF, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, Mobile Express, SQL Server
  
• Experience in using Azure services for integration Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream downstream systems integrations.
  
• Good to have knowledge  in reporting architecture  and knowledge on Power BI.
  
• Be accountable for solution delivery and technical leadership.
  
• Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with Product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations implementations.
  
• Ability to perform an assessment of the customer’s existing business and technology imperatives, goals and challenges.
  
• Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the client’s organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements
  
• Lead the technical workshops to work with Business and technology partners on requirements to design and develop architecture solutions.
  
• Should have good problem solving and analytical skills.
  
• Should be able to think independently and be solution driven.
  
• Preferably a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
  
• Desire to work in a team environment and work across organization functional boundaries
  
• Willing to work in a coordinated way in a  hybrid delivery model spanning across Geo's
  
• Experience on Portal Implementations, Oracle Siebel Systems and Banking domain knowledge would be an added advantage
