Required Skills:

Major Duties / Core Responsibilities

 Analyze requirements and design technical solutions to meet business goals, objectives and functional/non-functional requirements in alignment with architectural standards

 Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM

 Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities

 Demonstrate proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate and Common Data Services

 Demonstrate proficiency with working in Azure DevOps

 Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM SDK, plugin platforms and integration via APIs.

 Demonstrated proficiency with C#, .NET development, CE plugin development and JavaScript

 Experience with source control management systems (GitHub) and continuous integration/deployment environments

 Skills and Experience

o 5+ yrs experience in Software Development specifically around Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM

o 5+ yrs experience using Microsoft Technologies including .NET, C# and JavaScript

o Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM certifications

o Knowledge in Cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) with relative experience in Microsoft Azure

o Experience in Power BI and PowerApps Portals

o Exposure to SSIS and related data migration techniques and strategies

Job Title:

MS CRM Tech Lead

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Microsoft development technical experience in .NET, C# and/or VB.NET, XML, web services and WebAPI

• 8 years of significant practical and technical experience in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/xRM 2011/2013/365 (both online and on-premise)

• Should have implemented minimum 5 CRM implementations end to end.

• In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, XRM Framework, the entity model, security model, Web services and WebApi

• Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.

• Experience in Web App development using ASP.NET/MVC

• Experience using MS Dynamics CRM SDK for the application development and creating custom workflow activities, plug-ins and advanced client-side scripting

• Working knowledge of third-party Extraction, Transformation and Loading tools (SSIS) using KingswaySoft.

• Hands on experience in Azure Cloud computing – AppService, Functions, Enterprise Service Bus, Webhooks and MS Flow/LogicApps

Required Skills:

• The successful candidate needs to be a hands-on developer and provide technical input and oversight to ensure successful project delivery Dynamics CRM development team.

• Portals development experience is essential.

• Acting in a developer / design authority you will be expected to have an excellent level of knowledge and experience of software design and software development with the Dynamics CRM Online technology stack - including Dynamics 365 Portals. Excellent experience in using CRM SDK.

• Writing specifications and providing technical analysis documents will also be within your remit.

• Applications Development, design and customer stakeholder management

• High Experience of software development using Microsoft .NET, C# and JavaScript, JQuery, Liquid Template, Angular JS.

• Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.

• Proficiency in understanding and implementing Microsoft POwer BI and imbedding the same in Dynamics 365.

• Experience of working in Agile project deliveries
